Why I'm Passionate
In 2005, I opened a small Employee Development company designed to assist businesses with getting the most out of their employees. The managers would consistently ask me: “Why don’t they teach this stuff in college!” The stuff they were referring to is Leadership Development, Diversity, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Workplace Social Skills, and overall Employability Skills! After all the reason for going to college anyway was to gain the education and understanding that would allow us to have a more promising, and fulfilling employment and financial future.
